Wedding Vows Would This Be Ok Atleast?
I’m not getting married but I would like to know if this would be ok at the very least to begin with or something I don’t know much about wedding vows any tips would be highly appreciated lol…
(I just think some of it sounds corny or to hmm expected?)
I never knew true beauty till the day I met you
Such an intoxicating feeling I knew I had to make you mine
From the beginning I knew I was no casanova
But I am glad it was enough for you to fall for me
I know in my heart I have found my other half
And know that I am now complete
Now I can’t promise you a lavish luxury life
But baby what I can promise you is
I’ll love you every single day & care for you when you are ill
Stand behind you and be your support even if the world doubts you
Together I know we can overcome any test we are given
And baby I wan’t you to know that you have my heart & soul.
some of it is a little bit corny, but it’s impossible to avoid this. thats sweet if you ask me.
Mungo McKenzie | Jan 23, 2010
I think you should write vows specifically for the person once you know them and want to marry them. This is sweet, but it is also really generic and not special because it was not written to your fiance.
kim | Jan 23, 2010
It is utter junk - you asked!
A wedding is a formal event and no place for endearments like ‘baby’ . It also completely ignores ‘vows’ - look it up. Vows are what you promise your partner, ie: ‘I promise to love and cherish you’; ‘I promise to be faithful to you’. Vows are not a vomit inducing out-pouring of teenage emotion.
Helicreature | Jan 23, 2010
those aren’t really vows, it’s more a speech you would hear before proposing or being proposed to.
Kasey S | Jan 23, 2010
14 "I’s" in total. 3 of the 10 "you’s" are focussed on you rather than her.
This is more about you than about her and you are actually only making two promises about what you will actually do - which is the essence of a vow. You include caring for her when she’s ill and supporting her. You need to promise more than that to make a vow.
A vow is a promise about how you will run your marriage. It should specify observable behaviours that you are committing to, not just personal feelings.
What you have here is more about you than about commitment in and to marriage.

 Intolerable Cruelty (2003)
IMDB rating: 6.50
Plot: Miles Massey, a prominent Los Angeles divorce attorney has everything—and in some cases, two of everything. Despite his impressive client list, a formidable win record, the respect of his peers and an ironclad contract (the Massey pre-nup) named after him, he’s reached a crossroads in his life. Sated on success, boredom has set in and he’s looking for new challenges. All that changes when Miles meets his match in the devastating Marylin Rexroth. Marylin is the soon-to-be ex-wife of his client Rex Rexroth, a wealthy real estate developer and habitual philanderer. With the help of hard charging private investigator Gus Petch, she has Rex nailed and is looking forward to the financial independence a successful divorce will bring. But thanks to Miles’ considerable skills, she ends up with nothing. Not to be outdone, Marylin schemes to get even and as part of her plan, quickly marries oil tycoon Howard Doyle. Miles and his unflappable associate, Wrigley, unwittingly dig themselves in deeper and deeper as they go head-to-head with Marylin. Underhanded tactics, deceptions and an undeniable attraction escalate as Marylin and Miles square off in this classic battle of the sexes.

"What do you think & know about Muslims?" Please anyone answered before or interested come over here! PART 2.?
Part 2:
*There’s a very little of true in the Holy Books, in which if its people believed in it they’ll find the proofs of the message of Mohammad. But unfortunatly, the Scholars, the responsible for the Holy Books, knows that & hidding it specially the proofs of the message of Mohammad, in which all the Holy Books proved the existence of one god (Allah) & heralded the arrival of the final messenger (Mohammad) as a mercy to the worlds. (We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples).(AL-QURAN 21: 107).
*Allah protects the QURAN from any distortion. (Lo! We, even We, reveal the Reminder, and lo! We verily are its Guardian).(AL-QURAN 15: 9).
*Have you ever wondered? Why the priests, & other people, embrace Islam but Muslims, Imam/sheikh, dont embrace Christianty/ other religion? Search for people who embraced Islam recently & ask them why.
*Mohammad(peace be upon him)was the greatest man that the mankind knew & will ever know. He never told a lie in his life. He was a generous, kind, truthful person & never prostrated to an idol in his life.
*His people told him they’ll give him what he wishes & desire; wealth, power, royality…etc,. & just stop Glorifying Allah, & let them worship thier idols, but he said , with respect, the only thing he wants is to deliver the truly message to all mankind"NO GOD BUT ALLAH".
*Mohammad(peace be upon him) was illiterate all his life & died illiterate, he never knew how to write/read. The QURAN was revealed to Mohammad revelation from Allah, through Gabriel. The QURAN was not revealed at one time. It was revealed to Him piecemeal, over a period of 23 years.
*So, Mohammad didnt write the QURAN. He saved it by heart &teached it to the Companions & any one embraced Islam. (And thou (O Mohammad) wast not a reader of any scripture before it, nor didst thou write it with thy right hand, for then might those have doubted, who follow falsehood).(AL-QURAN 29: 48).
*After a while Mohammad told them to write it down to protect from lost. So, it was written, in ordinary objects not in papers like nowadays, & Mohammad assured that every verse was in the right place as it has been revealed to him.*Gabriem reviewed the QURAN with Mohammad every Ramadan, & in the last year of Mohammad’s life he reviewed the QURAN with him twice. (Mohammad was born around A.D 570 & died A.D 632).
*After killing 70 Hafez, who saves the QURAN by heart, Omar Bin Al-Khatab suggested collecting the QURAN sayin that to Abu-Bakr, two of the closest Companions to Mohammad, & so after thinking, working hard & assuring everything right & accurate as it had been revealed to Mohammad(peace be upon him) it was colleted in a book called Mashef(with s like sun) = Koran=QURAN. (We have not revealed unto thee(Mohammad) this QURAN that thou shouldst be distressed, but as a reminder unto him who feareth).(AL-QURAN 20: 2:3). & now you know why its a miracle & who wrote it.
*Allah said: (Allah forbiddeth you not those who warred not against you on account of religion and drove you not out from your homes, what ye should slow them kindness and deal justify with them. Lo! Allah loveth the just dealers).(AL-QURAN 60: 8).
So, we dont hate Jews, Christians or anyone who didnt harm us & anyone do without any reason then he/she does not represent Islam in any way.
*Mohammad(peace be upon him) had a Jewish neighbour, in which he had a son, he was kind & generous with him & always visited him. Mohammad said "Gabriel still tells me to take care of my neighbour, so I thought he’ll make him the heir". Which means: Mohammad thought that the revelation that Gabriel comes through him from Allah to Mohammad will order to make him the heir, because Gabriel always says to him to take care of his neighbours no matter what there religion…etc,.
I have teachers who are not Muslims & even some doesnt believe in the existence & I really like them & respect them.
*Please, read about the life of Mohammad, & what he suffered to deliver the universal message, & about his morals and beliefs. &Dont judge him/say anything about him without any knowledge.
*There’s no Jewish terrorist/Muslims terrorist. Terrorism does not have a religion & anyone acts by that way,he/she does not represent any religion in any way.
*Yes, some muslims are open-minded & some are not. Anyone can be called a Muslim, but not anyone can represent Islam by its true meaning. It hurts me that some claims they are Muslims & there actions refers to/linked to Islam.
*Yes, Islam is not once a week is a way of life. & we read QURAN. In Britain, there’s more than one hundred thousand, of muslim children,go to about 700 Masjed, mosque, after the school day finishes to learn & save QURAN by heart. Its estimated, in my country Libya, that about 1 million people who save the whole QURAN by heart, & the others save the half/quarter/5 parts & so on. For me, I save by heart 3 parts & a half & still continueing. Well, we cant save it by heart with reading it.
Please, wait part
Give it a rest. This is not a question and no one is going to wade through all that crap.

Using all your wisdom as a wrestling fan, can u tell me what makes these 6 names…(more inside)?
1. Giant Gonzales
2. King Kong Bundy
3. Big Boss Man
4. Big Show
5. A-Train
6. Mark Henry
Deserve to be included on the same list with greats (or at least considered by WWE as greats)which are:
1. Jimmy ‘The Superfly’ Snuka
2. Jake ‘ The Snake’ Roberts ‘
3.Big Daddy Cool’ Diesel (Kevin Nash),
4. Sycho ‘ The Ruler of The World’ Sid (I know he s*cked, but Taker carried him into a classic)
5. ‘The Big Red Machine/Monster’ Kane
6. ‘The Game’ Triple H
7. ‘The Nature Boy’ Ric Flair
8. ‘The Legend Killer/ The Viper’ Randy Orton
9. ‘The Animal’ Batista (Same as Sid, Taker carried him into a classic although he s*cks)
10. ‘The Rated R Superstar/The Ultimate Opportunist’ Edge
11. ‘The Heartbreak Kid, Mr. Wrestlemania, The Showstopper, The Headliner, and The Main Event’ Shawn Michaels.
Needless to say, those six nobodies successfully lessen the credibility of The Streak. The Streak could have gotten Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Stone Cold or The Rock, Chris Benoit or Eddie Guerrero, and Kurt Angle on it but it never got those names and never will. So, can u tell me why?
Oh, and please don’t answer with Vince’s love for giants. I’m tired of that reason.
Kevin Nash, despite being a leech, is one of the biggest names in sports entertainment.
Big Show is nothing compared to Nash.
Alot of trolls answered this question…
Gonzales- At the time he was a big thing, at the time he added credibillity of the streak. He was undefeated, or had very little losses. He was 7′6. The match sucked but still, at the time, added credibillity.
Bundy- He was a super heavyweight, he was just there to prove The Undertaker can easily take people out: Super Heavyweight, Giants, Speed and Normal. He is worthless now since he’s defeated the liked of Big Show or Mark Henry.
Boss Man- He was apart of the corporate feud or something. I forgot what, but he was apart of Undertaker/Vince feud or something I forgot what. He is useless for streak.
Big Show- He is probably the best 7" + wrestler there is. He can actually wrestle well and sell, and unlike alot of other giants, isn’t foreign, so automatically he isn’t a jobber (WWE are very racist). He adds credibillity.
Mark Henry- WWE tried to push him and failed, but still gave Mark H some credibillity, because at the time he sucked, but 2 matches with The Deadman made Mark H seem like a good wrestler, although it was Taker carrying the whole match.
I think the following people should be out of Undertaker’s streak:
Big Boss Man (replaced by somebody else).
Mark Henry (replaced by somebody else).
King Kong Bundy (replaced by somebody else).
And Gonzales (replaced by somebody else).

you tke your pro wrestling a litte too serious….. calm down its not personal
yeah and the 49′ers beat the bengals twice in the SuperBowl but we dont discount the 49ers as a dynasty just because looking back the bengals have become a joke… instead we call joe montana the best qb ever because he won 4 SB’s its really the same at the time those were more intriguing match-ups based on the angles used to set them up.
Bundy was far past his prime but he was one of the greats of the 80’s who still had some credibility with the crowd he was used to help get taker over
i would consider kane " the fake diesel" as much of a bad mark as anyone you listed
the taker "streak" is a gimmick when he finally loses you will know he has finally retired for real. it will probably be in a match with rey mysterio who will end the taker’s run
froggy_logic | Jan 31, 2010
Oh God. I’m still laughing at the first one.
In my opinion, I wouldn’t add all 6 to the list. Giant was a horribly bad joke.
If Pete Rose can make it into the WWE Hall of Fame then I guess those 6 can be added to the list. :/

100% agreed, I mean you’d think Vince would acknowledge he made the mistake of putting Undertaker with crappy matches with giants, but then he puts Mark Henry with the undertaker at wm 22?!?!, WTF!!!!
oh well, at least now, Undertaker is now facing main event wrestlers now, and is always having awesome wm matches (after wm 22).

i miss her a lot…still hoping there is a chance?
I miss her terribly…still hoping there is a chance?
I am a 29 year old male. My best friend was (is?) a woman, and we have known each other for around two years now. We were so close that it "almost" felt as though we were a couple. The thing is, for most of our friendship, I have been in love with her. We would hug and hold hands, spend all of our time together; she’d joke about us getting married, how her mom thought we would make a nice couple. But on two separate occasions, when I made my true feelings for her known, she rejected me. She has had bad relationships, and she said she was afraid she would end up hurting me if we were together. So, even with her aware of my love for her, we remained friends. We had an argument last spring, and didn’t talk for months; I was ready to forget her once and for all, but after months, she suddenly called me one day, and once again we were close. I thought, I hoped that if she had made the effort to re-establish contact, it might mean that she felt somewhat towards me the same way that I did towards her.
Anyways, shortly before Christmas, we ended up kissing one night. And sleeping together (literally, not sexually). It was really the happiest night of my life. Delirious, I asked her a few days later to marry me. I know it was rash, considering we are/were just "friends," but I really wanted to know once and for all whether there was any chance for us to be together permanently. She said no, that we are too much alike, and (once again) that she would hurt me and she didn’t want that to happen. The problem is, she has hurt me worse as a friend than she ever could have in a relationship. She has broken off all contact since Christmas. She won’t answer my calls or e-mails, period. I tried sending her flowers asking her to forgive me, and still nothing. I’ve been a wreck and can’t sleep or concentrate on anything. I’m losing my mind just wondering what’s going on in hers. I’m really afraid that this is the end, and that I’ll never hear from her again, and I wrecked everything because I was so stupid. I miss my best friend. Does anyone have any advice? It is very much appreciated.
Bummer dude. You have to contact her some way. Look hit up a friend with her number and relay the message if it means that much to you. Tell her like you said you have feelings, but more than anything you want her friendship back. Dont push the relatioship thing. It will happen if its meant man but till then move on. dont ask people to marry you at the random either thats creeper no shit she doesnt respond just dont let up man.
JJ | Jan 15, 2010
ask her out and talk..keep your friendship not ask her to marry you again..maybe she is not ready for that
Tomy | Jan 15, 2010
Well as i have learned from my past relationship i can say that when you love someone it means you are ready to be hurt, to cry and to be happy because love is not always happiness but rather you must be ready in any obstacle that may happen but in your part she is your Best friend nor Girl Friend so exactly no relationship at all but the feeling is mutual and the actions seems committed to each other and yet she kept on telling you’ll just be hurt so you must not expect and you have to face the truth because i do believe that if you were meant for each other then time can only tell about that just don’t lost hope but also don’t expect much to her ok. I know you would be ok in time. Wish you and her to be together. God Bless you.
Lyn | Jan 15, 2010
alright, well i’m only 17 but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that you can have your friend back. I cannot assure you that you will have a fiance though. well atleast not her as a fiance. From wut i hear, i can tell she loves you but she doesn’t really know how else to stay on the safe side other than not talking to you. Her worst fear is the thought of getting hurt by someone she had trust in. therefore, that makes her not want to trust you. I know that she will talk to you. from my point of view, being a lil hard to get would drive me to a guy more. It isn’t nessessarily a good feeling but it’s more of a motivational "i wonder if i’m still good enough for him." type thing. Also, try not to make it obvious but a lil jealousy could steer her towards your direction. You dont hav to be all over another chick but another chick can be on you. just have someone purposly flirt with you to get your friend more aware of you being cocky(that is a good thing). wen she finds that you are respectful to yourself and you act too good for another girl, she will see the sexy, mysterious, confidence in you. On that note, hope my advice helps and good luck with your love life.
ps. If you ever see her with other guy/s, don’t give it much attention, just act as if you don’t give a crap and pretend to be occupied with somethin’ else. Don’t look insecure because that will put you at a very ackward situation. If you still feel the need to address it, do it wen u 2 are alone. and have a passive aggressive attitude (mad in a calm cute way). welll, if ya need any more help or advice, feel free to get at me.

How do I become Sexually attracted to my boyfriend again?
We went through a big rough patch and almost broke up for good. Months later things have gotten much better and we’re starting to act like a couple again and enjoy each others company. But I’m finding that I’m not sexually attracted to him anymore. Like I will be sexually attracted to someone else but for some reason i just don’t feel it with him anymore. I want to, but it’s just not there. Is there a way to fix it? Or is the relationship doomed based on lack of sexual prowess since it means so much to him? I know I still love him very dearly but for some reason that spark just isn’t there anymore.
Please only mature answers and please don’t make fun of me as I’m genuinely concerned.

What is a good book about 60's/70's counterculture movies?
I got the VideoHound book "Groovy Movies". It’s great, but I feel like it’s just scratching the surface of these counterculture movies. Where can I find more? Is there a more comprehensive guide? I love movies like Woodstock, Easy Rider, Dirty Mary Crazy Larry, Dirty Harry, Charley Varrick, Night Moves, … not just hippie-oriented but 60’s/70’s counterculture in general.

Or is she the free-spirited but ambitious journalist? As Maya puts together the pieces of her dad’s romantic puzzle, she begins to understand that love is not so simple or easy. Reign Over Me, Mr Deeds, Click, and The Wedding Singer are my favorites. Reign Over Me is serious, but the acting is wonderful and the ending is perfect.

I hate Adam Sander, and he really had a cameo in Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo. But I am going with Bedtime Stories, it was great to see Adam Sandler do a family film, even through I wouldn’t even picture him, in a Disney movie, or in a family film at all. But I applaud him for doing something different, that what he has done, and make a family film, and even where his own kids can watch it, with of course parental gudiance.
