the best thing to do would be to make a good workout program for you (that can be easily done with research on the internet). the best to do for beginners is to find a 3 day a week workout with breaks in between (ex. workout monday off workout Wednesday off etc…) and if you want to trim up as well, then you can do cardio on the days you have off. 15-30 minutes of decently intense running/jogging/swimming etc… PLUS you need to make a healthy diet (also easily done with research) and if you do all this you will start losing weight and building muscle in a good SLOW AND STEADY (you don’t want to lose to much like a pound a day is to much, a pound should be every 4-6 days)

Twilight has to be one of the worst choices ever for a question like this. anyone who has seen more than 5 films wouldn’t choose that film! Musicals can be corny, but they have great music. I used to listen to Moulon Rouge every night. I also LOVE the Once soundtrack. Sweeney Todd is great. I grew up on The Sound of Music. And Dreamgirls has actually made me cry. Oliver! has one or two amazing songs
A lot of kids movies ave good soundtracks, too. The Lion King has some of the most memorable songs, as well as Aladdin Mulan. The Nightmare for Christmas ranks high on my list.
As for more mainstream movies, I listen to the Garden State soundtrack a lot, and still enjoy several tracks from Trainspotting.
Alexander Desplat’s Pan’s Labyrinth songs were great classical pieces. I also find myself remembering all the instrumental pieces of Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, etc.
