Sounds like she is either looking for attention or has gone mad. Thankfully, psychiatric explanations are pseudoscience and outcomes for Schizophrenics are much greater without any medical treatment than the Big Pharma sponsored industry of mental health treatment in the developed world would like you to think.

Nope. Hire an exorcist if it scares her that badly. And if she’s actually that scared of it, just tell her to start burning some incense and keep repeating, "Please leave me alone". Failing that, try to get a record player and a copy of "Purple Haze" by Hendrix (digital might work, but not as completely) and turn it on.
Her house will be good as new.

My house is haunted. Not like screams in the night, bleeding walls haunted. But yeah. Things get rearranged, I hear incomprehensible whispers, and "shadow people" lurk in the hallway.
I’m not saying your friend isn’t crazy, but it’s possible these things aren’t just in her head.
